Many companies use different chatbots for different areas of the business. For example, one for sales and one for customer service. The idea would be that they share knowledge base content from a global knowledge base about the business and then have access to extra files for their specific fields.
This would also allow developers and entreprenuers to sell chatbots with a knowledge base to different businesses in the same field, without having to load the same files to every individual chatbot and consume credits.

I would like to be able to share resources across chatbots. I have large sets of data common to multiple bots and I will use my tier 7 character limit very quickly if I have to repeat the common data resources across my chatbots.
