Many companies use different chatbots for different areas of the business. For example, one for sales and one for customer service. The idea would be that they share knowledge base content from a global knowledge base about the business and then have access to extra files for their specific fields.
This would also allow developers and entreprenuers to sell chatbots with a knowledge base to different businesses in the same field, without having to load the same files to every individual chatbot and consume credits.
