Hello all!
We're happy to announce that the beta version of our analytics dashboard has just been released!
You can now get detailed insights into your chatbot performance. Track messages, conversations, visitor locations, devices, and more.
- Message and conversation trends over time
- User location and language insights
- Device and browser breakdown
- Activity heatmaps by day and hour
- Global audience map visualization
While we're in beta phase, we'd like to collect feedback and ensure stability before we introduce more charts and data points.
(Analytics dashboard is available for only certain account plans and those who have access may have different data freshness intervals, generally data is delayed by 1 hour)

This would be a helpful feature and a way to improve the UI/UX by changing things like the welcome message, suggested messages, images, and colours.
Helpful data points:
- Number of clicks (total and unique)
- Chat open duration
- Number of pages opened
- Number of engagements per session
- External link clicks
- Mobile vs Desktop usage
