We're improving the user facing chat widget experience and introducing persistent conversation history for the user as well.

After this release we will be looking into rate/message limits per user and per chatbot. It won't be based on character limit, but message amount.

For me, this is an absolutely essential feature for any AI chatbot. Please implement ASAP! You have introduced limitations in all of your plans to stop abuse, so the chatbots themselves need the same protections.
