Dear all, we've released the latest changes around Help Desk! 🥳

You can now allow users to escalate the conversation for human support and you as the admin can take-over and hand-off back to AI whenever you want. Go ahead and enable the feature under your bot settings.

Let us know how is your experience and if you encounter any issues.

We are now going to focus on Zapier and Pabbly integrations and come back to Help Desk one more time to improve the user side experience and allow users to access their previous conversations. This will enable an end to end continuous communication channel between you and your users so either of you can pick up the conversation where you left off.

Is it livechat? Any plan for mobile app? What will happen if visitor want to talk with human? how can we reply them if we are on mobile?
