We've introduced support for 5 languages, German, French, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese. The support is available for both management dashboard and user facing messenger. It is an opt-in feature and each language needs to be enabled. Once enabled, there will be additional input fields where user input is possible.

When you say Spanish language, what is the exact expectation? Supporting Spanish in the admin dashboard or on the user facing chat widget?
