As an agency owner, I'd love to see team and client management features implemented. Here's what would be incredibly helpful:
Core Features Needed:
- Team Member Management
- Ability to invite team members
- Assign specific chatbots to team members
- Set different permission levels for each team member
Client Access Management
- Give clients access to only their specific chatbots
- Allow clients to update their own bot content independently
- Maintain admin control over account-level settings
Use Cases:
🏢 Agency Scenario:
- I need to give clients access to view and edit their specific chatbots
- Clients should be able to update their bot's content without accessing other clients' bots
- I want to maintain overall account control while letting clients manage their bots
👥 Team Collaboration:
- Add team members to help manage different chatbots
- Assign specific permissions for content updates
- Keep oversight of all bot modifications
Suggested Implementation Priority:
- Basic team member invitation system
- Per-bot access control
- Client access management
- Role-based permissions
These core team/client management features would be a fantastic start for agencies working with multiple clients.
I'm also glad to hear Custom Domain (CNAME) is already planned! For reference, I expect it to work like this:

While full white-label dashboard customization would be amazing in the future, these CNAME features would be a great start!

Hello!
We're happy to introduce Workspaces in Tiny Talk! 🥳
As communicated previously, we've just released the beta version of our workspaces feature to invite your team members and manage your bots/agents together.
Some of you might already have 1 seat available, which means you can invite a member. We've already created your default workspaces and migrated all your resources, entities into this workspace, you can also create as many workspaces as you wish.
Feedback from Sobat Konsultan was really helpful to get the public opinion, appreciate it!
We'll now be running the beta for a little while and collect further feedback, fix potential bugs. So we encourage you to take a test drive if you already have a seat availability. Keep in mind you might encounter some unexpected things here and there, and there is some more UX improvements to come.
Maybe good to list all things you might check or want to know, this is also the high level test cases for us:
- Find your workspace at the bottom left corner, above your profile
- Create workspace
- Delete workspace
- Invite Member
- Invites are valid for 7 days, after that a new invite has to be sent.
- Update Member Role
- Accept Member Invitation
- Members can have 3 different roles, Viewer, Editor, Admin.
- Owners can remove members
- Admins can do pretty much everything except billing related actions
- Viewers have read-only access
- Editors can read/update content and manage the bots/agents but mostly cannot take destructive actions.
- We'll add further documentation soon.
- Help Desk: Multiple members can chat in the same conversation
- Help Desk: Every member of the workspace will receive real-time updates for each conversation/messages.
- Help Desk: You can assign the conversation to any member who has sent a message to conversation, there'll be some more improvements on this.
- Members can upload profile pictures
- Members can add display names to support with privacy concerns.
- Messenger: Member display name or pictures are not yet supported but it will be soon.

For those of us who buy Tier 7, it is important that good management can be done with our clients since we have unlimited chats, that they can access and see basic management functions so as not to make us work more having to request any change from the agency.

Hello,
Wanted to provide an update:
We had to unexpectedly shift our focus to some other tasks to increase the reliability of our infrasturcture and sustain the growing demand. Those topics have been resolved and we've made significant progress on Teams Features.
Our intent is to rollout the beta version during January and collect feedback.
With the initial version, you will be able to create workspaces and bots in those workspaces. Basically "workspaces" will isolate chatbots from each other. A default workspace will be created and all your current bots will be assigned to that workspace.
You'll invite members to workspaces, members will receive an email to accept the invite and once accepted, they will be part of that workspace with a specific role. The role will hold certain permissions to act as a reader/editor or admin.
We're excited to make this feature available as soon as possible.
Meanwhile we'll be moving away from Canny.io please start using https://tinytalk.userjot.com
We've migrated all feature requests and comments to UserJot and from January on Canny will not be active.
