Please allow uploading of multiple documents to knowledge base

It is a little annoying having to upload documents one by one to the knowledge base. Im sure multiple document upload can't be so difficult to program in. Many thanks!

Allow .csv files to be uploaded to knowledge base.

Chat GPT reads .csv files much better than pdfs.

Allow fallback to LLM

Allow users to configure their bots so that if the bot is unable to find answers within its knowledge base, it can fallback to LLM's general knowledge base.
