From my end-user point of view, it would be great if the embedded chatbot widget remembered the chat history as a user moved between pages on my site. Here's what it currently does: 1) The user asks a question 2) Bot answers 3) The user moves to another page and opens up the bot 4) The user opens the chatbot widget again; the widget is in the original state (not remembering the user's chat history) It would be great if it did this: 1) The user asks a question 2) Bot answers 3) The user moves to another page and opens up the bot 4) The user opens the chatbot widget again, and the widget remembers the user's chat history so they can continue the chat or ask a new question

Email is great but it'd be better to be able to capture name, last name, phone, maybe company name, industry, company size?

Allow visitors of the chatbots to escalate to human support and allow admins to take over to provide further assistance while peeking into conversations.

Please add Pabbly Connect and Albato integrations. They are very popular automation tools (similar to Zapier) which will help connect Tiny Talk with other apps (e.g: Mailchimp, Google Sheets,....)

Allow visitors to see from which sources the answer was articulated from and provide links to references, be it a URL or document. Though, the documents are by default private, perhaps we could allow public documents and only public sources would be quoted.

Chat GPT reads .csv files much better than pdfs.

There must a feature to limit the users of TinyTalks chatbot. For example, I want to create an app and want to give limited access to my users untill and unless they pay me via Stripe or LemonSqueezy.

Allow users to configure their bots so that if the bot is unable to find answers within its knowledge base, it can fallback to LLM's general knowledge base.
