Email is great but it'd be better to be able to capture name, last name, phone, maybe company name, industry, company size?

Allow admins to provide question + answer pairs on the Dashboard for convenience. These pairs would then be used as resource and be picked up by the AI to be considered when replying to user prompt

Provide an option to re-train knowledge base documents every n time, like every day, every week and so on. At first this makes sense only for URL sources but eventually external sources will also need it. Configuration will be on resource level but a batch operation should be possible to select x amount of resources and set their re-training schedule.

As the Assistant API is establishing itself and allows actions, it is pretty neat. I hope to see support for it going forward and your service providing the interface for integration. Maybe even combining it with native features of your service not covered by it.

Chatbot owners would like a conversation rating tool for the users which can be triggered manually by the user.

Allow either individual users or admins to select/set font size from a given range of sizes.

Provide analytics insights into usage of chatbots by visitors. Average time spent in chatbots, clicks to external links etc.

Support alternative LLM's like Claude.
