The bot may have the option of having its responses in audio, facilitating use and interaction in applications and WhatsApp responses

recognize the user's voice by transforming it into text for entering questions into the system or on WhatsApp

It would be good to be able to limit the number of characters that the chatbot accepts in each message sent by the user, and, similar to WhatsApp, to limit the number of messages per conversation in web chats.

Allow users to upload images for the bots to analyse and solve issues/give suggestions. Since there is math notation support, it would also make sense to allow users to upload math questions via picture.

Many companies use different chatbots for different areas of the business. For example, one for sales and one for customer service. The idea would be that they share knowledge base content from a global knowledge base about the business and then have access to extra files for their specific fields. This would also allow developers and entreprenuers to sell chatbots with a knowledge base to different businesses in the same field, without having to load the same files to every individual chatbot and consume credits.

User reaction to bot messages, a simple thumbs up/down to measure user satisfaction and quality on individual responses.

Currently role prompts has only one example prompt, users would like to have more options, like 10-15 at least
